kidneys

I had a doctor's appointment today.

They ran a urine test (what the hell is up with peeing in the little cups?? Does anyone else get the pee everywhere but the inside of the cup, or is that just me?) and found that I had increased levels of protein in my urine. I guess that means my kidney's not filtering it out and keeping it, and it's instead just running right through.

She told me I had to come back soon.

Which worries me.

I also found out that Illinois is even stupider than I had thought. You have to be 18 here to get medication without parental consent. In Washington it was 13. I miss that state.

So, now I have to wait until October to get on Zoloft and Lorazepam.

Anyways, other than possible kidney failure, I'm doing fine. <3
