Here are some of the best tips I've found:
Chew and spit, don't swallow.
Do two sit-ups for every calorie you eat.
Put too much salt/pepper/spice on your food so that it tastes bad to you.
Eat with your left hand if you're right handed, right if you're left handed.
When you're hungry, chug water (2 or more glasses).
Clean something disgusting, like a toilet. You'll loose your appetite.
Brush your teeth a lot.
It takes twelve hours for the body to start feeding off its own fat.
